Trying to figure out how to manage your finances during the holiday season is something you hate to do, but know you have to do it. It is the time of year where you are spending more money on gifts and dinners than you usually do. This year is going to be a little different, however, as you have suddenly learned that you are responsible for your loved one’s bail.
Fortunately, there are solutions to help you, and the biggest one is using a bail bond to get your loved one out of jail.
At your loved one’s arraignment hearing, the judge declared your loved one’s bail to be $10,000. This is the amount of money you would have to pay in order to get your loved one released from jail. Keep in mind that the full $10,000 will need to be paid before he or she is released.
A bail bond is an alternative method to paying this $10,000. With a bail bond, you will only be paying 10% of the full bail amount, $1,000 in this case. On top of that you will have the flexibility to pay this 10% with a payment plan. After the paperwork gets completed and processed, your loved one will be out of jail. Your payment installations will continue after his or her release, so there is less of a waiting time.
You see how using a bail bond to get your loved one out of jail is better than paying the full bail amount? With such flexibility, affordability, and quickness that a bail bond provides, they are the better option for a lot of people? Now you have more of your money to spend on other needs.

In case you didn’t know, in California, the legal age to smoke is 21, not 18. This change happened a couple of months ago in an effort to prevent youths from smoking.
Teens who smoke at an early age are more likely to continue doing so when they enter adulthood. Teens who do not smoke before the legal age limit, are less likely to start doing so when they come of age. This is not a surprising trend at all, but nonetheless, smoking is a dangerous habit.
The chances of landing in jail because of underage smoking are low, but trust us, it can happen. We at Tustin Bail Bond Store have seen every case in the book and this would not be surprising for us. We have seen everything, we have also successfully handled everything that came our way. Anyone who has been arrested and eligible to post bail and has come to us for a bail bond, has successfully been bailed out of jail. We can do the same for you or a loved one if you ever need our services.

Bail bonds always receive negative connotation because it is a concept that releases suspected, not yet convicted or acquitted, individuals from jail. Many people think that those out on bail will simply skip town and ignore court. But they don’t really know the facts about the bail bond industry, do they?
Defendants released on bail are more likely to make all their court appearances than defendants released on recognizance (release without a financial payment).
Defendants released on bail are less likely to have a bench warrant issued for their re-arrest compared to those released on an unsecured release (recognizance).
Knowing that their family and friends are providing financial support for their bail, defendants out on bail are less of a flight risk.
The justice system cannot hold all newly arrested people in jail until and during each on of their trials because 1) jails are incredibly overcrowded and there is not enough funding, and 2) that is not proper due process for them, as they have yet to be formally convicted (or acquitted). The bail industry is the right way to balance due process, offering the majority the chance to bail out of jail – unless they had been arrested for a capital crime. The bail industry has proven to keep defendants out of additional trouble and in line with their release terms and conditions.
If you want to learn more about the bail and bail bond industry, we at Tustin Bail Bond Store invite you to call us at 714-648-0586 or chat with us online. And if you need a bail bond, we will be more than happy to get started on paperwork with you so that your loved one can be freed as soon as possible.
Bail can cost hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands, even a million dollars, depending on the crime. A million is unbelieveable but even hundreds – that’s still quite a bit of money that no one ever wants to have to pay. It teters on a seesaw – bail is a consequence to pay, but you get your freedom back. Is it worth paying? Of course it is. You want tips and tricks on how you can get your bail lowered? Well unfortunately, there really are none.
The judge is very unlikely to change the bail amount after he or she has already set it at. A lawyer cannot lower the bail, a bail bond agent cannot lower the bail. You may request to have it reviewed, but in all likelihood, the bail will remain the same.
You will have to pay 100% of the full bail amount to the court to secure your freedom. And, 100% of this is refundable as long as you show up for your court appointments and do not get into any more trouble.
A second option to bailing out of jail, that may or may not be cheaper, depending on your own financial situation, is applying for a bail bond with Tustin Bail Bond Store. You will be paying your bail agent 10-15% of the full bail amount over a set payment plan. While you won’t have to pay the remaining 85-90% of the bail (as long as you go to your court appointments and do not violate any other release terms and conditions), that 10-15% you did pay is not refundable.
Bail bonds are the more common method to bailing out of jail because for most people, the payment plan for 10-15% is much more ideal than paying 100% immediately.
If you want to discuss bail bond options for yourself or someone you know, Tustin Bail Bond Store is welcome to chat. As much as you hate taxes and tax season, perhaps this time of year you might like it because you’ll be receiving a nice tax refund check. With this money, you plan to use it wisely and pay off some payments that cannot be missed: the bail bond for family member.
Not having a pool of money readily available for a bail bond is not a problem – who prepares themselves to pay for a bail bond? They don’t put aside a percentage of every check into a dedicated “bail bond” jar so that 5 years later, they’ll be ready to suddenly pay for a bail bond. That’s not the situation.
Still, bail bonds are affordable when you go to Tustin Bail Bond Store and let them help you. Tustin Bail Bond Store will create a customized, low monthly rate payment plan that is fit to your financial needs so that you do not stress too much on making ends meet while also now paying for bail. In most states, a person is considered a child up until they are 18 years of age. As far as criminal proceedings go, most children are tried as juveniles and face less harsh punishments than those who are tried as adults. However, juveniles have less constitutional rights than adults when it comes to legal proceedings. And, in extreme circumstances, a juvenile may be tried as an adult for his or her very serious crime. All in all, it’s just complicated. Let us try and get everything sorted out for you.
First, we should stop using “crimes” for juveniles and instead use “delinquent acts.” Also, juvenile “trials” are more properly called “adjudication hearings.” They stand before a judge who will make the final say. Adults stand before a judge and jury, who make the decision. Juveniles do not have a public trial. Juveniles do not have the right to bail like most adults do. Juveniles are not sentenced to time in prison (unless they were tried as an adult). They may go to a juvenile center where they are given extra attention to positively develop their lifestyle to be prepared as a productive adult. They may be given community service. But they do not face harsh prison sentences.
Juvenile records are sealed or usually even expunged when they turn 18 so it does not drag them down the rest of their adult life. However, there may be certain conditions and requirements a juvenile must meet like community service hours.
As mentioned, juveniles do not have the right to bail. But if and when the time comes where he or she is of adult age and needs bail help, Tustin Bail Bond Store will be there. Our bail agents are ready to help anyone and everyone.
